Nice mood provided of the desolation. I like the lines in the sand. Perhaps an angle where the lines were more diagonal would have created a more dynamic composition.

really cool picture but i would have liked to see it more burned on the sky and dodged on the sand. Than mabey linear curves in the end. 7

a little more contrast might make it punchier
(did you take the skull out with you? I bet you tried a lot of different angles and compositions) You've managed to keep the sand as the main subject good luck 8
