this was a shot of my tv with a picture that I took a while back, but the concept of moving the laser beam around on the screen to simulate fireworks in the absence of a display is what I was going for.

oh... and I was drunk and it was too cold to set off my own. Plus there are no displays near me.

This is an interesting effect. I'd like to know how it was done. Unfortunately the focus is a bit soft.

this image really intrigues me... my guess is that you used a laser pointer on a piece of glass? The aesthetics of the stand alone image aren't that strong, but you get extra points for creativity and inventiveness! That being said, I do like the "shape" of the beams. Kind of looks like a man running.

Good exposure, but did you use a tripod? Background is motion blurred.
