I really do enjoy HDR a lot, but I feel as though you may have over done it just a tad.

Would be much better...without the footprints IMO!
Seems also over-saturated
The shadows are nice indeed |

| There are some nice patterns going on here, but I feel that the bumping up of the shadows on the trees may have been taken a little far, it draws attention from the really natural looking footprints that look so cool in the snow |
