Yes, b&w works well.The car is nonintrusive as it is, but coloured it may have demanded prime attention. |

You made the best of a scene with huge contrast, with the bright snow at one end of the spectrum and the trees at the other. I like that you let the snow overexpose in order to keep detail and contrast working in the shadow areas. Doing this shot again by early or late day light or moonlight might work well. The overcast sky took away all the shadows which is a strangely interesting effect. |
