This was in my top 5! I love shooting and appreciating shots of old vehicles. Very well done! |

I can't believe the comments on lack of relevance for the challenge - it's a brilliant take on the theme (an obvious one too, unlike some very obscure free associations that seem to take place here) and a fantastic shot. That old car has got bags of personality; congratulations for capturing it so well! |

Such a shame this ranked so low, I can't believe you suffered so much from DNMC which it so obviously did! |

This maybe clever, but it is really not in the spirit of the challenge. There is no portrait here. |

Old but not a portrait of the elderly... |

Nice B&W - look like it needs a little TLC. |

Love the interpretation. Excellent shot. What a "character". This really works for me, but others might not "get it". |

So much weathered detail make this a brilliant picture. |

it is a portrait of something old... as far as this challenge goes, the best in original subject in my opinion.
like that it's not a centered composition. |

Nice car picture but off the topic, IMHO |

I like the shot but the light poles and buldings in the back ground are distracting to me. |

Love it, I was hoping someone would step away from elderly people and pick a classic object. |

Oooooh, nice shot! I love photos like this. I have to say my faith in the out-of-the-box mindset of most dpc voters isn't very strong, so I hope you aren't getting punished for this not being a person -- because I think it is very cool art :) |

This has to be my favourite shot in this challenge because not only is it a well executed and interesting shot but you thought outside of the box nice one. 10 |
