 The "Karl Langenfeld" Steiff bear. Steiff bears are collector's items - this particular one features real diamonds on it (I hope) and a 1,000 Euro price tag.

Additional info - one of my local friends told me this store got 10 of these bears and sold 7 before they even put it on display.
