What an interesting, and dangerous looking caterpillar. Good detail in this shot, even to the fuzz at the ends of the stalks. We have some here in Florida that resemble this and they can inflict a very painful neurotoxin defense if you touch them. They have little needles in the ends of the stalks that inject the poison, very much like a jellyfish sting works. |

Lovely colours in the caterpiller against the leaf. I don't think I'd like to grab hold of this little fella somehow. |
