I could only find this small jpeg on the website CKing provided. Here is my edit. A lot of cloning at small radius, some blurring, a slight levels adjustment, some USM at large radius and USM at small radius, adjusted hue/saturation to remove the yellowish cast, cropped, an resized for web (upsized to 800 pixel width)
