| Flash may be deemed a tad on the harsh side, but I like how it balances quite nicely against the tree lights. I think it's a very good Christmas portrait, too - worthy of including with cards! |

| He looks like a very happy guy. For the Fill Light challenge ... flash is still a bit harsh (e.g., deep shadows on his throat) but it's well composed and DOF is nice, so probably a 6. |

| It's a beautiful portrait taken so well. I of course have no idea how well this would've done over your other entry, but I like this one best. He's got such a wonderful smile! (don't you love it when they still believe? I'm having LOADS of fun with it!) |

| I don't know, peter - I would have voted high simply because of it's great appeal in this season ! Who can resist a child's smiling face & such a delightful setting :) |
