Your bokeh is beautiful! Personally, I HATE trying to take light pictures because I can't balance the lights with the other stuff, lol. The blue in there is cool! (Just a thought...could we use ND filters for this stuff? No clue how it would turn out, lol!)

I think you should have added a border. That would have bumped your score up to at least a low 6.
