Hi Vikram,

Yes, I set the exposure to 1/20s and spun the camera while taking the shot. The near-instantaneous flash froze the snowman (who was otherwise dark in the foreground), and the slow shutter and ISO of 800 helped the background glow nicely.

Interesting! What did you do in this shot? Was it exposed longer than flashed...and then you swiveled the camera?
