 At first I was bummed that it had been very cloudy lately, but then I remembered we were going to see a Christmas play this weekend. I hope the "performing arts" stars and the long title don't annoy too many people. =)

While it's perhaps not a stellar shot, I'm a little surprised at the low 5. I thought the challenge description ("not all stars are in the sky") would motivate the voters to think outside the box at least a little. And I can tell some of you did, so thank you! =)

Stars of the stage? Not strong for this challenge, but certainly a good stage capture.

Lovely shot. I might have scored it higher without the heads (I'm sure you are getting a lot of those comments) and had the subject matter not seemed like a bit of a shoehorn. Actually, I probably would have given it a 6 anyways (it's clearly better than a 5, and just doesn't stand out enough for a 7 in my mind. Would love to see some more theatre shots in future.

Actually I change my mind about the shoehorn thing. I just wasn't thinking outside the box enough.

nice theater shot - the details and focus are pretty good considering the lighting issues with this type of work - it doesn't scream star to me - more it screams actor or acting - which may or may not be the same thing...
