What Sandy says. I was so sure that this and Judi's shot were both top three... Don't let the score get you down, this is a wonderful image.

Often I'm confused by what the voters pick as the highest rated photos in a challenge -- but I don't think I've ever been more disappointed than in this one. Photos like this -- and like Judi's are amazing landscape photos. For photos like this to be given sub-6 scores is a travesty!

I love the graininess of the sky. The brown of the water draws my eye's focus from the sky though, so I wonder if this would have been better completely B & W.

Bumping to 7. I keep coming back to it, so it must be good :)

Good effort, technique still to be improved: though the star trails are very little, hardly visible, the sky is noisy.
