 One day shortly after I took this picture, I was driving by and caught 2 guys taking the ladder. The ladder has been there forever so I guess they tought they might as well have it! It looks like someone started painting the house many moons ago and never finished. I love the house but it's just not the same without the ladder!

The weeds do make it look like it is on fire in the thumb. That's a cool looking old house. I am happy that you got the shot before the ladder was removed. It does "make the shot".

The took the ladder?? That's so wrong. It definitely belongs there. Great old place - has a lot of character.

I love that the ladder just reaches to a window and there is no indication that the window can or ever will be opened or even what is on the inside. Wonderful.

What a great old house, wonderful colour and detail. That ladder there just sets the image off.....why is it there? I love a photo that makes you think.
