Nice bokeh, the object needs more light and you lose some points at the theme because doesn't make me say "wow". Nice photo though! Good luck!

being that I'd never heard of Bokeh and have spent the last week trying to learn about it and finding many varying opinoins on it is a tough one to judge.... I love your back ground lights I love this one
