Absolutely not! In fact, here was my comment before reading yours.
I love this. All the subtleties -- the stray thread on his shoulder, the crooked tie, the crumb... Excellent background, great lighting, expert BW processing.
Different perspectives, I suppose. |

This is a beautiful shot. I never manage to get such simple and honest expressions from children.
