This road leads to a park near my house.. I've tried shooting at this location a couple time over the summer.. but when I drove by it today I was immediatly drawn to the stark bareness of the trees.. kind of haunting to see them as skeletons..

I think I might do a month of black and white images..

This is very nice. I could see this as a large canvas hanging in a gallery. Simple yet draws you in and makes you imagine where the road leads.

I like how you composed and cropped your shot for it take on the appearance of a scene from a widescreen movie. The vanishing point really captures and draws the eye's attention to walk the path that stretches forth. Tones and contrasts are good. I like that you played up the details here. Specifically making sure that the road/pathway extends and touches the left and right corners of the foreground frame in the photo. I makes it look like we are litterally stepping out on to the road that is right there in front of us.

Nice job on the POV and the BW really works well for this shot. Go back in the winter, spring, summer and you will have yourself quite a collection to frame and display.

Very cinematic! The bare branches are like skeletel hands, reaching for the house! : )

Nice shot. Well balanced. Great use of B&W. Also, I like the borders you've used here... suits the scene. Well done.
