competent ad-type shot; multiple light areas makes it a little busy and creates (for me) some confusion about priorities.

I must admit, this gets a higher mark than I would otherwise give it simply because I love Tangueray. Interesting use of light, but the shot itself is not that interesting to me. 7

Kind of a cool "advertising" type shot. Not crazy about the blown out highlights in the front, but overall I like it. lhall

beautiful, I like how the light starbursts, and the green glow in front. Also very dramatic.

Fantastic lighting, but how did you achieve this with one source?

I really like how the bottle 'stains' the table. Nice symmetry too.

interesting lighting but a picture of a bottle of gin doesn't turn me on.

Cool effect, adn I like teh symmetry. The only suggestion would be to find a cheap piece of cloth to use as a backdrop. For me at least, the wood grain is slight disconcerting, though it does give a "bar top" feel to it.

Nice, simple effect - came off very well. Question - if you have one light source and it's behind the bottle, where does the reflection flare on the label come from? 7 Swash
