 Selene and Endymion lead a happy life and Selene has 50 daughters with him.



*I took this series of photographs for my Greek and Roman mythology final project. We had to do a reinterpretation of any myth we wanted in any medium we wanted, so I chose photography*




The lighting setup was pretty intricate. I had one light where the moon is lighting Selene, I had a light with a softbox behind Selene lighting the valley behind the big rock on the right, a light with an umbrella on Endymion and another light as a fill light. It was quite a monster getting all the lights to go off at once because for some reason, my flash receivers didn't like to listen to my camera all the time, but I got it figured out and am very happy with the results.

Very nicely done. It has a real renaisonce(I'm not hugely familiar with it so I hope I'm using the right term :P) feel to it while still being somewhat mystical.
