Seems oversharpened, but without a lot of clear detail. I want to temper that hard comment, as I know these things can be difficult to do. I have not done any drop shots myself yet.

Doesn't look like a drip to me but rather like a glass ball under... a nail? The lighting is amazing though, rendering just enough outline to make you look twice. Has lots of potential, just not sure it meets the challenge theme.
