Lovely landscaping and a well balanced composition with the lines formed by the streetlights and red paths. My nit would be the flag "ending" in the lightpole.

I like the composition but given how saturated the green is, I think I'd have been tempted to balance is with a change of hue of the red to make it a bit more primary. As it is, I think it looks a bit odd. No doubt it is a good image though.
