Taking sport pictures indoors, is more difficult than I imagined, I have too much to learn, (and new lenses to buy), my big problem was the low light conditions, and I was wondering, what do you guys, do? Do you use the on camera flash? or go for a high ISO?

This is a good example of getting low to get a unique perspective of the action. Most PWC(parents with camera) sit high in the stands or even stand next to the mat and shoot down(which can be good if you have a nasty background) But I like to get in tight and low and shoot the action. You would def. get more keepers to up the ISO and increase the shutter speed. My thoughts are simple, I would rather deal with a bit of noise that I can fix or reduce in post processing, then deal with motion blur that I have no hope at all of fixing later.

Nice sharp photo! I like the Dof (nice to see all those people in the background) and your position. Perhaps it could use a little white balance adjustment.

I would go to higher ISO (or a faster lens, if you've lots of money to spent :).
