 At the cat shelter in the ruins of Argentine Square. Neat place. We learned that clipping the right ear tip of the cat is a way to indicate it has been neutered/sterilized. Much easier to tell if a feral cat is "fixed" if you don't have to catch it and check for a tattoo.
