I liek the idea of a burning Woody. The Red background I don't think works. It means that much of the Fire effect is lost. This against a black backdrop I think would have been strunning. Also, A faster shutter speed would also have enhanced the photo then. |

Really great shot but I'm afraid I'm gonna have to report you to the "Cruelty to Woodys" association... you've gone too far this time ;-) |

Somehow I don't see Art minding all that much! This looks like a front-page shot to me based both on sentiment and clean simplicity of shot. 10 |

Yikes! A flaming Woody! Red is an appropriate background color. I feel like the background needs a little more definition, though. It's disorienting to see the shadows below him and not be able to tell where the background shifts from horizontal to vertical. If the background got a lot darker starting at a lower point in the image (somewhere directly behind him) and fading to black on top that would work better for me. Maybe with a gradient filter or vignetting if you couldn't light it that way. |

Now that's the way to light 'em up! Look at him- he doesn't even complain or twitch or scream or flail about - unlike his human villager counterparts. |
