A lily from my now-in-question wedding. It was no more than two feet from me as I slipped the ring on my husband's finger. Here's hoping we get to keep our certificate!
The lily is drenched with strobes to reach the stupid high aperture of F29.

I also used a 68mm stack of extension tubes to boost the macro by focusing much much closer than normal.
I didn't do much in photoshop, it looked close to this in-camera, only about a minute of work:
Import -50 exposure
Import 0 exposure, 'stack' hotkey, paint in stamen, end of pistil
Import +50 exposure, 'stack' hotkey, paint in stamen
Flatten hotkey
Noise Ninja hotkey
30 seconds of Healing Brush, for naughty sensor
Smart Shapen hotkey
Save as hotkey
Done!
This is my first picture here in a looooong time. Be nice! I want to see high scores!

I don't quite understand why the central anther has an OOF portion. I guess it is the closest to us although the optical illusion is that it is pointed "into" the picture. ANyway, great detail in the rest, but that OOF portion bothers me a bit. Nice control of the whites in the BG. 7
