What a great slice of life image, no words to this story. For this a piano, high notes for the laughter and friendly conversation of the customers, and nimble work done by the cook, and rhythmic mid to deep tones for the construction across the street, maybe jazzy in nature. Cool.. |

I love how so many things in this picture are just a little skewed. |

Though his expression is partially obscured, his intensity and focus on his task is readily apparent. An intriguing and appropriate glimpse into this activity. |

Cool...making me feel, sweaty, sedated, drugged and hungry. |

God, I love fogged windows. Notice how a simple scene is made mysterious and complex. For me, the added bonus is that the fog is a direct result of the subject's activity. In other words, *what* you're taking a picture of effects your ability to take its picture. Our view is simultaneously crippled and far-reaching. We see straight through to other windows, we see reflections of the world behind us. We see so much that we come perilously close to seeing nothing at all. But ultimately we are seeing just one thing, and seeing it with perfect clarity: steamed dumplings. |

Great, I took a bunch of similar shots of street vendors when I was in China. Shooting through the glass really adds another dimention to these sorts of shots. Nice one. |

I prefer this over your previous entry. Reynoldsburg Ohio doesnt have too many opportunities to shoot images like this thats for sure. I just find this pleasing overall. Not a super strong image, but pleasing. |
