Aww poor little birdy! I'm glad you came to his rescue, hopefully he was ok. Those picky/sticky things are a pain I couldn't imagine not being able to pluck them off yourself!
Definitely an awesome shot you got of him though, look at the detail on those feet! |

I clicked on the thumbnail and the first thing I thought was, I LOVE THIS! Then I read your comments and felt bad! The colours and the detail are absolutely gorgeous. Aside from that I hope the bird was ok! |

For a second, from the thumbnail, I thought maybe you had captured one of those birds in a giant spider's web. :/
I, too, hope it was okay.
This is a really good shot. I like the background. |

I was curious about what was going on. Thanks for explaining. I hope that the bird was not in shock when you freed it from the sticker bush.
You did exactly what I would have done, except that maybe I would have placed him in the crotch of a branch on a nearby tree if one was available. |

this is GREAT!!
I love the position you captured him in, although he must have been terrified. Great details and composition, I'm sure you were moving quickly! nicely done Ken

Hope she still has a good flight (and happy that my cats where not in the neighborhood). Beautiful photo with those nice background colors. |
