 Ok, so I had no time today to go and shoot. I was stuck in the office all day conducting interviews. So, you get another swim shot. I love this shot because I'm getting eye contact from the swimmer. After going through most of the shots from this I'm suprised at how many shots I did get eye contact from the swimmers.

Another shot with great timing and focus. You already addressed the noise in the other photo, really the only thing that I'm not a fan of on this is the last bit of hand being cut off; it seems like an unnatural "breaking point" for the shot. The waist seems more "natural" to me. And depending upon the original capture and if this hand chopping was due to cropping or the initial composition, you could move the face and eye to the lower right intersection of thirds to balance this out more left to right.

That would be hard to get eye contact with a swimmer, but you make it look easy!

Very cool shot with the eye contact. I also like how the hand is blurred/moving like your other shot.

wow! I like how much we can see on this one. I like the sharpness and clarity on his face, and the water dripping from his arm. Nicely done!

This is great timing, great focus, and overall a good shot. My only nit, and one you likely cant do anything about is the noise in the shot. I'm sure you did noise reduction, and I know what a dungeon these places are to shoot it, so I cant fault you one bit for it. But geeze I did have to find something wrong with it! :D
