 Rant: My previous entry got such a heaving beating that I am still smarting under the impact. I am hoping to do better (score wise) with this one.

Rant contd.: For the previous entry [thumb]//www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=734337[/thumb], I am tended to believe that I had a better out-take, but preferred a shot that I thought was more innovative , yet risky. The risk was fatal, so to speak :-)))...as, at the time of writing this, I am on to my PW. :-). But that is fun, isn't it. Rant Over! :-).

Back to this entry: The set up was simple. One off the camera flash, bounced from an silver umbrella. The backdrop is my laptop. The smoke is from 2 incense sticks. All setup was on my double-bed. He He! I was hoping to get a shot that reflected this theme (Lovers). I was happy to get this one. Now, I am hoping that the DPCers will like it too! :-)

I really liked this shot and thought it would do much better in the voting. I gave it a 9 because technically it seemed perfect, especially the lighting. Your title fit the smoke form just right, subtle but definitely a good interpretation. Good job in a tuff challenge.

This is a wonderful capture. I guess it's the title that points out the forms of the 'couple' and that's not a bad thing.

Beautiful capture - I can see why you named it Lovers. It appears as a man kissing a woman in his arms - very cool
