we can see clearly that the camera wasn't stable on purpose, so it doesn't count as motion blur...the object in your photo is suosed to be in motion not the camera
The lighting is really good here. I also like your idea, since a drummer is full of motion in a confined space. For this to be a better shot, the stationary objects (drums,cymbal stands) Should be crisp and in focus. The drummer and the objects that move should be blurred due to motion. Hope this helps!
