A good capture that needs a bit of work in the edit.
Tweek levels up a tad
Adjust the contrast using curves
sharpen the image using USM
Composition is good nice use of thirds |

| Yep, one sees many folks playing with their cell phones or other hand held devices these days. Maybe he's trying to get a date? I suspect he's texting someone. |

| He doesn't look relaxed to me, and he looks like you've asked him to sit there why you take his pic and he doesn't want to be there. Your grey scale treatment is flat, and overall angle and composition is lack luster. Try different angles, read up on b/w conversions. |
