		| With the motion blur I can almost hear his melody. I think the tungsten cast on him competes with the buildings behind him. Would a b/w conversion work? |

		| the paint processing gives it an interesting feel for me.  I wish he had a more plain background with the building on his side...perhaps that wasn't an option |

		| "Soulful" really does suit this well.  I really like your choice of composition, from the low angle and incorporating the full tower.  I'm kinda on the fence about the processing, but I suspect the long exposure led to motion blur and this does address that, making a more cohesive "figure" so to speak. |
