Seems like a snapshot to me, I'm afraid. Hard light, and the background is very busy. It draws the eye away from the main subject.

Nice Boat. A shallower Depth of field may have helped remove the distracting clutter in the background and made the boat really stand out. The crop also seems a little close. A little more water in front would have been good.
