A difficult lighting situation pretty well handled. Love the whole outdoor barber thing, and the guy in the chair with not a whole lot of hair, waiting. Also like the other guy watching the girls go by. Interesting shot.

The post processing to bring up the shadows is slightly distracting from an otherwise interesting image. Exposure should have been set for the man in the chair so that everyone under the tent would be exposed correctly. It wouldn't have mattered that the background would have been totally overexposed. Overall, good shot.
