The study of man. Or in this case, woman.

I went up to Boulder, on Tuesday, in the hopes of getting some sort of shot. There's an outdoor mall that has some interesting views. During lunch hour and it was kind of quiet. I got a few shots and liked this one best, so far. Not sure how it will go over, so predicting mid 5's.

I tried to get a better shot and went to Denver on Sunday. Once again, deadsville. But it was my only day to go to Denver. I knew I should have gone down for the Obama rally.

CS3 edits; slight crop, sharpen more, black & white with red contrast filter, resize, add border and save for web. And cloned out some leaves, on the ground and spots on wall. They were kind of distracting.

This could be a stronger image. For me I would bump up the contrast and maybe try and compose it in such a way to straighten the horizon

Great background to hang by - good lines, clean, works well in monochrome. Kind of a neat play on the store name with the upright homo sapiens strolling by.

Anthropologie is a retailer of high-end casual clothing and other merchandise run by Urban Outfitters, Inc. A somewhat new apparel retailer, Anthropologie has used unique marketing and branding techniques to become a forerunner in womens fashion.[1]

Seeing the subject in black and white as they walk out of the frame doesn't give me a feeling for what the subject is suppose to be. Her arms seem awkward in this shot. She doesn't engage the viewer enough to overpower the sign above her head, plus with her walking out of the frame, my eye goes right out the frame with her and don't return.

I have never seen anyone walk with their arms like that - usually they alternate opposite to their feet. Interesting shot. I really like the simplicity.
