 This contest scared me. I almost wanted to drop out - for the simple reason that I was little hesitant in shooting the pictures of poor for my own contest wins. It was only late Sunday night, that I ventured out with my camera - in case I spot something that is of interest and relevance.

This particular image drew me in and this is the only shot that I have of the scene. It was a very low light shot, and under sodium lights. So you might see a lot of color drop and hight ISO noise.I just wish that my fellow DPCers don't mind that too much and read into the message of this shot. Good score or bad, I won't worry too much about this shot: I liked it and wanted to share this will all, so I am submitting it.

came back to look at this; its really a classic image, no false poetry, the real issues, the real pain. cadbury testing its products: free packages to the kids at Eton, easing their trauma at leaving home. . .

A good shot. This is another one that pulls on heartstrings and should do well. I little bright and grainy for my tastes.

I like the graininess and washed, yet bright tones. The absurdity of the ad combined with the man makes you remember this one...
