 5 different images layered in photoshop, each one of them resized and palced carefully. top 4 layers representing nose, eyes and mouth were added layer mask and appropriately masked..masks were blured and fine tuned to create smooth transition.. hope you guys enjoy..

I do this all the time with my kids--but my eyes are not so realistic! Fun!
