Did you even read Obama's quote?

an additional doctor who then has to be called in an emergency situation to come in and make these assessments is really designed simply to burden the original decision of the woman and the physician to induce labor and perform an abortion

If a baby is born alive after a botched abortion "an additional doctor who then has to be called in....is really designed simply to BURDEN the original decision of the woman and the physician to induce labor and perform an abortion."

A doctor coming in to save the baby is infringing on the woman's right to an abortion.

You simply can not spin this any other way.

this is public record...the full quote (before the [A]dding listed above) went something like:

If a baby is born alive and ...an additional doctor...

or If the fetus is delivered alive...an additional doctor....

but the full quote above is enough...it is saying that calling in another doctor (for the baby born alive) is REALLY DESIGNED SIMPLY TO BURDEN THE ORIGINAL DECISION OF THE WOMAN AND THE PHYSICIAN ...TO PERFORM AN ABORTION...

In other words...to save the baby that was born due to a botched abortion would infringe on the woman's right to choose.

I'll dig it up for you...it was recorded when he was a state senator. I heard it myself on a newsradio show...don't remember which one...I'll find it.
