Crop, High pass filter, burn nappy, Burn edge of iris, intensify iris colour by layer on colour blending mode, apply dust and scratches filter to background,
resize, burn background slightly, save for web.
Don't have high hopes for this because it is a baby shot and there are lots of distracting elements, but personally I think the clutter adds to the suburbia feel.

Lovely shot, beautiful tones of colour but, not sure that this really says "suburbia" to me. Poor baby! :) Hope someone quickly cleaned his/her mouth out after the shot was taken ;)
