You must retain your original, unedited file (exactly as recorded by your camera), and provide it to the Site Council along with a list of your editing steps within 48 hours of any validation request. Files that have been saved or altered with any editing or transfer software are NOT originals. In addition, the use of filters is restricted such that you may only "use filters or stand-alone utilities designed to preserve image integrity (such as Neat Image, Unsharp Mask, Dust & Scratches, and color correction tools)."

this could have been a nice effect is the subject had more pop from the background

dont believe that this was done within the "basic editing" rules! If it was - please let me know!

not too thrilled with the filter...perhaps it was needed because of the low light?
