| Agree with Iraklis' description of the expressions. This is a very self-contained composition, and I am very taken with the light and dark treatment which in my amateur opinion contributes significantly to the self-containment and story of the expressions. |

| The woman expression is priceless, I see this expression very ofter, when I'm walking along the beach, somehow the bright sky and the slightly dark streets give many p&s's a hard time =( |

| Tourists - gotta love 'em! I shoot them all the time. Some are fascinating. Others are just tourists. Pretty good framing and nice handling of the light. Too bad you couldn't get the young man's face in the shot as well. |

This is a fun shot crik .. here is a mom like a lot of moms out there... got a shot that is not quite what she wants .. and her kids are oblivious - great composition.
was looking at this on uncalibrated monitor, edited comments to reflect that

| the varied facial expressions are priceless - mom is completely self absorbed, the son is oblivious, and the daughter is extremely bored - great stuff |

| She looks repulsed. I love it! Looks like you might be clipping your levels -- under- and overexposed in places. Nice contrast though. |

| The heightened emotion of the mother is contrasted well with the seeming complacent mood of the children. I also like the profile of the girl whose hair is covering her right eye. That would also be a good pic in and of itself. |
