| I rather like the positioning of the in-focus portion, as it seems to make my eye wander around the circle and keep coming back to it. I like the way that you've cropped off the sides of the ring and left the viewer to complete it. |

| Good choice for B&W and great silvery look. I'm not so sure about the centered composition, I think to make it work for something like this it must be near perfect. |

| simple composition, excellent. Lines of various DOF are powerful in this image. This aspect would be even stronger if the left corner mirrored the right. |

| Smaller aperture for more DOF would have helped a lot to make this more pleasing to view. I like the composition and the huge contrast, as well as the repeating shapes of the beads in the chain. |

| Captivating texture. I have to say that I'm in the "not lovin' the centered composition" crowd and I think it's because the outer circles are slightly off center and that gives me an off balance feel. I do still like this shot a great deal however. |

| The beads are great -- nice and shiny and interesting shapes. I wonder if this would be better if the focus were on the front. |

| I do enjoy that moment of contemplation before it finally dawns on me as to what it is. I think the photo is well done, but the subject isn't so visually appealing on close up to me. I think more can be done with this to make it a little more interesting, but like I said it is well done. |

| Unlike the previous two commentors I actually like the centering of this image (I guess it just shows how subjective art is), nice angle and nice DOF |

| I LOVE THIS ONE!!! The black-white effect is VERY nice in this photo. Good DoF aswell. Overall I would give it a 9 out of 10!!! I only dont like the centereness of the photo. If it was a bt to the right or left I would give a 10. Great shot. |

| oooo, shiny things. . . . I like the black and white of this. The composition, though, doesn't "feel" right to me. Maybe if the center of the beads was further down in the frame and further right. At least that is how if feels like it should move. |
