 This is fog coming out of my fog machine.
Processing is going through multiple iterations of insane saturations/hues, layers in multiply and screen mode, dodging, burning and tool-saturation.
The title is in reference to the movie. One of my favs.

Definitely very abstract. Oversaturated smoke trails maybe? If you were trying to convey "confusion", you nailed it.
