This is a decent shot good action, but this is an area where I think the background fooled your metering as the subjects and especially the ball seem to be on the lightly overexposed side. I really had to search to find the ball. Maybe a touch heavy on the NN on this one as well.

Now this one's action is great. The intensity in the girl's eyes is awesome and really gives you the feeling of being in the action. Great shot.
