A White Stork playing with a feather at the zoo's indoor free flight aviary. Thought I would end up with an "S" from my zoo visit but this was way cooler :-) Very happy with the lighting and detail in this one.

PP - cropped, levels, white balance, cloned some texture onto blown areas, dodged eye/face/feather/bill, increased contrast, 2nd layer (Gaussian blur, dodged bird, merged in multiply mode at 30% transparency), added border, resized, sharpened.

unique effort with the bird - I was expecting an S or another letter but you did a great job to have the bird create the A - my only critique is the darkness of the end of the bill - it seems as if it was 'burned' a bit in post processing

Back to comment: Well seen! Great sharpness and contrast. The blown highlights are noticeable, but I can't decide whether or it truly hurts this image.

I can make out the A, not very clearly but it's there. The light and focus on the bird are really good, nice job.
