Shot through an ND8 grad filter. I was trying for an infrared/negative type effect with the post processing. The lines in the water are just an effect from using a slow shutter speed. The tonal effects were just me playing around with the sliders in Levels in my somewhat basic Photoshop Elements software. Here is the rest of the shooting infomation...

I like the effect that you have done on this waterfall, the timed exposure really gives some beautiful lines and diagonals through the shot. What have you done to the water in post processing to get the effect? Did you change your white balance? Neat and interesting overall.
