I really like the image and processing, except I find the writing overlay a little too much and distracts me.

Love it !!

There is so much to like about this photo with the colours, angles, writing overlay, and the fact that you have kept yourself relitively unprocessed, but reduced to a diminutive figure in the overall picture. We find you standing in front of a portal, not just a window we can look through, but a portal to somewhere else, somewhere we can't see and you are bridging the two realities with your body firmly planted in the foreground, but your hand and arm stretching into the light, feeling your way forward . . . while the other hand is thrown open as if in nervousness or excitement.

Also the choice of hairstyle and clothing is perfect for this - it adds an air of being deliberately dressed up, choosing to be involved in what's happening - this isn't a random event, you knew about it, have waited for it and planned for it, you're not caught by surprise, but rather you are scrubbed up ready and waiting - whilst as a counterpoint you are barefooted - relaxed - this is in your home , not in some distant formal setting.

Love it !
