Someone had to have the chutzpah to plagiarize Gary Larson in this challenge. I salute you! |

Haha, I like this one. Seems a bit flat though - upping the brightness and contrast may help. |

His right hand looks out of focus to me. Would have also liked to see mopre colour,. Maybe a different coloured shirt, as the brown shirt and wood makes the photo a little boring colour wise. |

This is a good concept. The photo could use a little more contrast. |

It would be funnier if it was closed |

Lighting is a little flat, and contrast seems a little low. |

Right now it looks like your exhausted and need a rest. Maybe a bit more effort type look would make this a good picture. |

Oh, I love the Far Side comic strips, and this is one that I have always remembered. Great idea. The entire photo is a bit muddy and underexposed, lacking in contrast and punchy colors. The crop is way too tight, and the model appears to be resting against the door, and not trying to open it. |

10/10 because I was thinking of the same idea. Gary Larson right? |

Gary Larson reference?
At first I thought the door was opening even though the guy is pushing. (If you can't envision that, imagine the door hinging from the right hand side, the guy would be going outside)
Underexposure a bit of a factor here too. |

Nice composition, Striking catch the lines on the shirt verses the wood grain. Just try and explain to the subject what the word PULL means, it might help. |

This would've been really funny and effective if his expression showed some effort, he looks kinda sleepy. |

Humourous. Probably could have set it up a bit better for more effective communication of your idea (like a more straining sort of pose, pushing the door). |

The door looks open, and thus does not lend itself to immovable. Color and light are flat, not sure if that was an artistic choice, but it doesn't work for me. |

Good interpretation of the "Far Side" cartoon! Might benefit from a little more PP but cute none-the less!

Not a very good redo of a Gary Larson cartoon. |

Too dark, flat colors |

That is a clever idea. Try brightening the photo and possible adding some contrast. |

Nice photo. Good idea. A small detail to make this photo much much better would be to change the model's shirt. It might add an element of color or contrast to the photo. |

an amazing idea, but you could have had a better execution...a brighter photo with the pull more obvious than it is |

This can be read 2 ways: he's so gifted that he can open a door the other way, or that he's stupid. Also, he's pushing OUT of the school into the outdoors, or does this mean that the school is actually the real world? Either way, he doesn't look that happy. |

how is it opening if he is pushing instead of pulling?
(is this a far side reference?) |

Nice try, but it would have worked much better if you didn't have the glass in the door that makes it look like it's open. |

Smart concept, but not well executed (technically). It lacks the technical strengths of a good photograph. |
