This was taken during the evening using the on board camera flash, in av with the shutter fixed to 1/250.

A little dodge and burn and then a noise ninja pass.

I took a little crack at this (hope you don't mind). [thumb]720595[/thumb] I only worked on the face area using portrait professional. If you're going to be doing many weddings it might be worth it for you to get this. It contains relighting sliders. You can see where I stopped the editing. I really did very little beyond trying to fix for the flash.

This looks like a tough shooting situation, especially when all you have is camera flash, but the smile and emotion comes through. A bit more background may help give her some context.

Violinist really knows his PP stuff! My only comment is that the on board flash straight in her face is really unflattering, but what choice do you have when it's the only light available? A speedlight is essential for me at weddings.

One thing you could do to liven this up a bit would be to add some contrast. The flash hitting her dead-on has left the image very washed out. Using curves would be best so you can pull down the dark and mid tones and leave the highlights alone. If you use the basic brightness/contrast tool, the dress will blow out.

Technically, it seems okay. I'm no lighting expert, but the eyes are clear and I don't see any harsh shadows or color casts, so it looks good to me. Her expression seems a bit strained. I guess weddings have that effect -- even on the bride.
