great action shot, i love this kind of photo, actually added it to my fav's but gave you a 5 doesn't look to over exposed to me, but I'm definitely not an expert, nice job. if i'm wrong hope it does good.

Seems more as motion blur...though you do have some overexposure on the yellow lights. dunno, tough challenge.

I dont really equate long exposure with overexposure. This to me is just a properly exposed image considering the light.
